Reading material – Understanding Sharepoint Site.
There are two ways to view a site and its components:
1. View All Site Content
On left navigation panel, click on View All Site Content. The site components will be displayed.
2. Tree View
To enable tree view, go to Site Actions –> Site Settings –> under Look and Feel, click on Tree View –> tick enable Tree View. Click OK
Go to homepage, at the bottom of left navigation bar, the tree view of site components is displayed.
Using both methods, we can see that the site has the following components.
